| SARS CoV-2 RBD was produced in HEK 293 cells. Supernatants were subjected to 5kDa Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), followed by Ni-NTA affinity purification. Protein was dialyzed using Amicon 10kDa centrifugal filter units into 1xPBS +10%glycerol. Purified RBD was analyzed by SDS-PAGE (lane 2) and by western blot probed with mouse anti-HIS followed by goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP (lane 3). SDS-PAGE molecular weight marker (lane 1) and western blot marker (lane 2) are shown for reference. |
